Any news we can bring is already slightly superseded by message from Chris earlier.

However, just to add that the the cave is fab and the streamway very very pretty. The draught is massive - it must go somewhere! The streamway is also of a significant size so the '4th streamway theory' is not unrealistic.

On our last trip Nobby and I connected the high level fossil through a pitch and small rift streamway and another pitch into a big aven partway down the main Tormenta streamway. (Thus creating the short round trip.) I think this is being left rigged as a possible flood escape route.

Good to hear the big pitch is bottomed as we left this part way down. Also to say that that Chris R has obviously worked really hard in area 4 and got his just reward!
