Oxford University Cave Club

Social Meets, Trinity term 2011

The club meets in Oxford on Wednesday evenings.

At some meetings there will be a short talk about caving, at others general chat, beer and socialising. These meetings are also where you sign up for Caving trips.

New members are always welcome. Contact anyone on the Committee or just turn up to a meeting. See also how to subscribe to the OUCC email lists.

* Meet at 10:50am by the blue information board that’s just past Magdalen Tower as you approach it from the High Street and just before you get onto the Bridge proper. Bring a picnic for lunch! And maybe some spare dry clothes if you’re as terrible at punting as I probably will be.

** At 16 Peel Place, Oxford, OX1 4UT. Bring your own food or arrange to share with others except for bread and salad which we’ll provide. Bring lots of alcohol and also bring sleeping stuff if you plan on getting drunk enough to pass out/not make it home (which is fine by Chris: I checked).

Oh also, I have just randomly chosen pubs around Oxford to meet because I figured that way we can wander like nomads in the desert, abandoning dried up drinking holes as we go. If it gets confusing I may scrap the idea but we'll see how it goes!
